The requirements depend on the service scope you choose. Here’s a brief guide:
For Full-scope Partnership project:
We only need you to share your core business goals, complete our project questionnaire, and provide any existing brand assets you have, such as logos or key visual assets. Once we have these initial items, we handle the rest.
For Core Design & Development project:
For this service, you provide the project's foundation, typically as a Figma file. This includes your finalized wireframes, content layout, and written copy, in addition to everything required for Full-scope Partnership projects. We will guide you and your team through the requirements for the wireframe and copy files you submit to us to ensure a smooth execution of the subsequent steps in bringing your website to life.
We structure payments based on project milestones. Our standard schedule is a 30-30-40 split:
- 30% initial deposit to schedule and begin the project.
- 30% mid-project payment after the design phase is approved.
- 40% final payment upon completion, before we transfer website ownership.
We accept bank transfers and Faster Payment System (FPS) for Hong Kong clients, and credit card payments via Airwallex for both international and Hong Kong clients.
Our process is collaborative. At every major project milestone — such as wireframing, UI/UX design, and development completion — we provide two full cycles of revision. This ensures you have ample opportunity to provide feedback and that we can refine the work to your preference before moving to the next stage.
You will work directly with me, Samuel, the Head of Studio, as your sole point of contact. I personally lead every project, from the initial strategy phase to the final launch.
Our process is designed to be 100% remote, allowing us to collaborate efficiently with clients anywhere in the world. All communication is typically handled through video calls and online tools. However, for our clients based here in Hong Kong, we are always happy to arrange physical meetings throughout the project if you prefer it.
Your main point of contact will be our Head of Studio, Samuel, who is happy to collaborate and communicate with you in either English or Cantonese.
You have complete ownership. At the end of the project, we ensure the finished website is on an account that you own and control, whether on Webflow or Shopify. All design files and assets created for the project are yours entirely.
Not at all. We build your website on world-class, industry-standard platforms (Webflow and Shopify). You have 100% ownership of your site and can grant access to any developer you choose. While we hope to be your long-term partner, you will never be locked into working only with us.
Yes, we offer ongoing support after your website launch. To ensure fair and transparent pricing, we don't use a mandatory monthly retainer model. Instead, we provide a flexible "pay-as-you-go" service for any future work you may need.
If you require new sections, custom functionality, or any update that needs our design or development expertise, simply reach out to request a quote. Each quote is estimated based on the specific resources required for the task, using the project pricing publicly listed on our site at that time as a clear and consistent benchmark. This means you only ever pay for the work you need.
